Pork in the sleeve in the oven

Pork sleeve in the oven, this is a simple recipe for baked pork. Juicy pulp with creamy cheese flavor. Not a single piece will be left for tomorrow.

Ingredients

Pork pulp 1 kg

Hard cheese 50 g

Salt 1/2 tsp

Sweet ground paprika 1/2 tsp

Ground black pepper to taste

Greenery for decoration

Preparation

Rinse and dry the meat.

Make a cut so that the piece unfolds into the layer.

Season with salt, pepper and rub well with paprika.

Add a few pieces of cheese.

Roll up and secure with culinary thread.

Place the meat in the sleeve and close the ends.

Put the meat on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees C.

Cool the finished meat a little, remove the threads and cut into slices. Put on a dish.

Decorate with herbs and hot pepper.
