Minced meat cutlets with millet are tender cutlets, an excellent choice for preparing a delicious and original dinner.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Minced meat 500 g
Water 400 ml
Onion 1 pc
Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 4-5 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 pc
Salt 1 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Pour millet into a saucepan, rinse and pour 400 milliliters of cold water.
Simmer over medium heat until soft for 15-20 minutes, until all the water has boiled away and the millet is soft.
Finely chop the onion.
In a bowl, combine 500 grams of minced meat, chopped onion and 1 egg.
Add cooled boiled millet, 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix well until smooth.
Form small round beats.
Put the meatballs in a frying pan and fry on each side for 5-6 minutes over low heat until golden brown.
Put on a platter with lettuce and serve.
Millet meatballs are ready. Can be served at the table.
