Oatmeal pancakes

Oatmeal pancakes are a great excuse to prepare a delicious and healthy breakfast in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

Oat flakes hercules TM "Aleika" 6 tbsp. l.

Water 100 ml

Banana 2 pcs

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 2 tbsp. l.

Egg 1 pc

Sugar 1 tsp

Salt 1 pinch.

Preparation

Pour 100 milliliters of boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.

Place two peeled bananas in a large bowl.

Mash well with a fork.

Add oatmeal.

Add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 pinch of salt.

Mix well.

Spoon the oatmeal into a frying pan with oil.

Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Put the pancakes on paper towels.

The oatmeal pancakes are ready. Arrange the pancakes on plates, pour over the honey. Serve with banana slices.
