Cottage cheese casserole with semolina is a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack for the whole family.

Curd 1 kg

Eggs 3 pcs

Sugar 100 g

Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Butter 15 g

Fresh berries for decoration

Salt 1 pinch.


Put 1 kg of cottage cheese in a large bowl.

Add 3 eggs.

Add 1 pinch of salt and 1 gram of vanillin.

Add 100 grams of sugar.

It is good to punch the mass with a blender until smooth.

Mix the curd mass well and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Put the curd mass into a mold and smooth well.

Cover with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C.

Cook for 30 minutes, remove and remove the foil, cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown.

Cool the prepared casserole.

Cut into portions, sprinkle with icing sugar and garnish with fresh berries.
