Chicken curry with rice

Chicken curry with rice is an opportunity to prepare a delicious and original dinner in just half an hour.

Rinse the chicken breast, remove the bones.

Cut the fillets into small cubes.

Peel the onion and 5 cloves of garlic.

Measure out 2 tablespoons of curry, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, and 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper.

Add the diced chicken.

While stirring, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add 150 ml of water and mix.

Simmer covered for 30 minutes over low heat.

Pour the rice into a saucepan and rinse with cold water.

Pour 400 ml of water.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric and cook until boiling.

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, stir and simmer until tender, 10-12 minutes.

Put cooked rice on a wide dish.

Top with chicken curry. Decorate a little with green onions.
