Rice with vegetables and corn in a pan is a bright and appetizing dish for the whole family that is easy to prepare.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Water 400 ml
Parboiled rice 200 g
Canned corn 100 g
Tomato 2 pcs
Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
Onion 1 pc
Celery stalk 2-3 pcs
Hops-suneli 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Wash the tomatoes well, peel the onions, peppers and celery.
Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a saucepan.
Add finely chopped onion and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add chopped bell pepper and celery. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes and 100 grams of canned corn.
Add 200 grams of parboiled rice.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon hop-suneli spice.
Mix the rice with vegetables thoroughly.
Add 400 milliliters of water.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Stir the rice with vegetables again.
Rice with vegetables and corn in a pan is ready. Can be served at the table.
