Oven foil potatoes are a quick dinner for the whole family in just 30 minutes.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Potatoes 3-4 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Dry rosemary 1 pinch.
Pink pepper to taste
Peel 3-4 potatoes.
Cut into large pieces.
Season with 1 pinch of dry rosemary and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix.
Place potatoes on foil.
Fold the edges of the foil towards the center and roll up.
Put in a mold and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, unfold and cool slightly.
Potatoes in foil in the oven are ready. Season with pink pepper and serve.
