Oven-baked chicken with lemon is a great choice for a festive main course.

Chicken 1 pc
Lemon 1 pc
Soy sauce 4 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Garlic clove 3-4 pcs
Honey 1 piece
Provencal herbs 1 tbsp l.
1/2 tbsp honey l.
Prepare the chicken marinade. Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add 3-4 pressed garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon of Provencal herbs.
Rinse and dry the chicken carcass.
Grate chicken with 1/2 tablespoon salt outside and inside.
Cut the lemon into slices and place inside the chicken.
Spread the marinade well on the chicken and leave for 20 minutes.
Place the chicken in a parchment-lined baking dish. Pour the remaining marinade under the chicken.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30 minutes, turn the chicken over and cook for another 30 minutes.
Place the chicken on a platter with herbs and vegetables.
Chicken baked in the oven with lemon is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
