Tsar salad

New Year's puff salad "Tsar" with chicken liver will decorate any festive table.

Ingredients

Chicken liver 200 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Prunes 50 g

Cheese 50 g

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Dill to taste

Pomegranate seeds to taste

Preparation

Boil the liver until tender, cool in broth.

Grate the liver.

Put the liver layer in a flat dish. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Lay out a layer of grated boiled carrots. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Layer a layer of chopped prunes. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Lay out a layer of grated cheese.

Grate boiled eggs.

Sprinkle the whole salad with grated egg.

Decorate with finely chopped dill and pomegranate seeds.

Let the salad stand for 1 hour and serve.
