Ingredients

Water 1.5 l

Minced meat 500 g

Boiled water for minced meat 150 ml

Onion 1-2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Tomato paste 2-3 tbsp l.

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp

Preparation

Defrost 500 g of minced meat.

Dice 1-2 onions, 1 carrot and 1 bell pepper.

Add chopped vegetables to a saucepan with minced meat, fry minced meat with vegetables for 5-7 minutes.

Add 150 ml of boiled water and cook for 5-7 minutes without a lid.

Add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Stir and heat well the minced meat with the sauce.

Boil 1, 5 liters of water and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add hot pasta to a saucepan with minced meat and vegetables, mix.

Pasta with minced meat and vegetables are ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
