Cooking time 30 minutes
Pike (weighing about 1-1.5 kg) 1 piece
Flour 3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 70 ml
Parsley (greens) to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Scale the fish and gut the insides.
Cut the pike into portions.
Season with salt and pepper, leave for 10 minutes.
Breaded pieces of pike in flour from all sides.
Heat 70 milliliters of vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the pieces of fish, fry for 5-6 minutes.
Turn over and cook on the other side for another 7-10 minutes over medium heat.
