Seashell pasta with minced meat in a pan

Seashell pasta with minced meat in a frying pan is a great opportunity to prepare a delicious lunch or dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients

Minced chicken 300 g

Pasta (shells) 300 g

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Tomato paste 100 g

Vegetable oil 30 ml

Zira seeds 1/4 tsp

Salt to taste

Preparation

Prepare 300 grams of minced chicken, peel and finely chop the onion.

Heat 30 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion and minced meat. Fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add one grated carrot to the minced meat.

Add 100 milliliters of tomato paste, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds.

Add 250 ml of water to the pan and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Measure out 300 grams of seashell pasta.

Boil water, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and toss the shell pasta into a saucepan. Cook for 7-9 minutes.

Place the shell pasta in a colander and drain.

Add pasta to the frying pan with minced meat and stir.

Pasta shells with minced meat in a pan are ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
