Eggplant with cheese in the oven

Eggplant 3 pcs

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Cheese 100 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Adjika 1 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens)



Wash and dry the eggplants.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the peeled and chopped garlic for 1 minute.

Cut the eggplants into two and make cuts.

Place the eggplants in a skillet with the notches down and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Transfer the aubergines to a baking dish and add a little salt.

Brush eggplant with adjika.

Place the diced tomatoes on top.

Top with 100 grams of grated cheese.

Bake the eggplants in the oven at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Eggplant with cheese in the oven is ready. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
