Pea cutlets

This recipe will help you make delicious pea cutlets that will take their rightful place in your lean menu.

Ingredients

Onion 1 pc

Salt 1/2 tsp

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Soak peas in water for 2-3 hours.

Transfer the peas to a saucepan and cover with cold water. Cook over medium heat until tender, until all the water has boiled away.

Transfer the boiled peas to a bowl and cool.

Add sauteed onions, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grind the peas into puree.

Form small cutlets from the pea mass and roll in flour.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes.

The pea cutlets are ready. Put on a platter and serve on a lean table.
