Walnuts 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Salt 1 tsp


Transfer the buckwheat to a saucepan and add water 3-4 cm above the cereal level. Salt with 1 teaspoon of salt.

Boil buckwheat until tender over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Peel the onions, sort out the walnuts.

Chop the walnuts.

Add nuts to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add prepared buckwheat porridge to the pan, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Buckwheat porridge with onions and nuts is ready. Arrange on plates and serve on a lean table.
