Chicken Breast Cutlets

Airy, tender and delicious homemade cutlets for the whole family.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Chicken breast 1 kg

Onion 2 pcs

Egg 1 pc

Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Ground black pepper 1/4 tsp.


Rinse and dry chicken breasts; if bones are present, cut them out.

Peel the onion.

Pass the breast together with the onion through a meat grinder.

Add egg, salt and pepper.

Add half the breadcrumbs and mix well.

Form cutlets from the minced meat and roll in the remaining breadcrumbs.

Put the cutlets in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. Chicken breast cutlets are ready. Put the cutlets on a dish and serve with your favorite side dish.
