Olivier salad with salmon

Olivier salad with salmon, a delicious variation of such a popular and familiar salad, which will certainly become a pleasant surprise on the New Year's table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Lightly salted salmon 100 g

Canned green peas 50 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.


Boil potatoes and carrots.

Dice potatoes, carrots and pickles. Fold into a bowl.

Add peas and diced boiled eggs.

Add diced salmon and mayonnaise.

Stir and cool slightly. Put in a salad bowl.

Decorate with a sprig of parsley. Serve Olivier with salmon for the New Year's table.
