Meatballs in creamy sauce

These tender, mouth-watering meatballs in a creamy sauce will appeal to both adults and children.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Cream 10% fat. 150 ml

Yogurt 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Eggs 1 pc

Butter 20 g

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Flour 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Ground pepper to taste


Cut the chicken fillet, onion and garlic into small pieces.

Pass the meat, onion and garlic through a meat grinder.

Heat vegetable and butter in a frying pan.

Add breadcrumbs and fry for 1 minute.

Add egg and fried rusks to the minced meat bowl.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the minced meat well.

Roll up small meatballs.

Heat 1-2 tbsp in a frying pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil and put the meatballs, fry on all sides for 2-3 minutes.

Season the yogurt with salt and pepper to taste, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour. Add cream and mix well the resulting sauce.

Pour meatballs.

Cook for another 10-15 minutes on low heat.

Arrange the meatballs in deep bowls, pour over the rest of the sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
