Eggplant in batter

Eggs 2 pcs

Flour 2-3 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Dill (greens) to taste

Salt to taste


Wash the eggplant well.

Cut into circles and season with salt.

Beat eggs in a bowl.

Add some salt and flour. Mix the batter well.

Dip eggplant slices in batter and fry in a pan with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides.

Put the finished eggplants on a dish with lettuce and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
