Pasta with minced meat in a pan

A simple recipe, but with an interesting secret without boiling pasta.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Minced meat 300 g

Pasta "feathers" 300 g

Water 300-350 ml

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Bay leaf 2 pcs

Salt to taste

Ground pepper to taste


Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add minced meat and mash with a spatula.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add finely chopped bell pepper and grated carrots.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper, add bay leaf.

Add the feathers pasta.

Stir the pasta with the minced meat.

Add water and simmer covered over low heat for 12-15 minutes.

Stir at the end of cooking.

Pasta with minced meat in a pan are ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
