Champignons in a pan

This recipe will help you quickly and easily cook delicious mushrooms in a pan. Just 20 minutes and a delicious dish is ready for any side dish.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Champignons 500 g

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Onion 1 pc

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Salt 1/2 tsp

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch


Peel mushrooms and onions.

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Chop the onion and fry in a pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt.

Add finely chopped garlic and parsley to the finished mushrooms. Mix.

Place the mushrooms on a platter.

Champignons in a pan are ready. Can be served at the table.
