Cooking time 40 minutes
Pork pulp 400 g
Water 200 g
Tomato paste 50 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Spices for meat to taste
Salt to taste
Cut the pork into slices.
Season with salt and spices.
Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides.
Add tomato paste and water to the pan with meat. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, covered over medium heat.
Peel and chop the vegetables.
Add vegetables to the pan and season with salt to taste.
Cook the meat and vegetables for another 15 minutes over medium heat.
