Cheese cakes with wild garlic

Unusual cheese appetizer with the first spring herbs for your table.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Cheese 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Flour 3 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Ramson 1 bunch

Salt to taste


In a bowl, beat eggs with salt.

Rinse, peel and dry the ramsons.

Put finely chopped wild garlic and mayonnaise in a bowl.

Add flour and grated cheese to the wild garlic.

Mix the mixture well.

Put in small cakes in a pan with heated vegetable oil, fry on both sides over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Put the cheese cakes with wild garlic on the plates.

Cheese cakes with wild garlic are ready. Can be served at the table.
