Rice porridge with milk

Rice porridge with milk for a healthy and tasty breakfast in 30 minutes.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Water 250 ml

Milk 250 ml

Rice 200 g

Salt 1/4 tsp


Rinse the rice in cold water several times.

Place the rice in a saucepan and add water. Cook until half done, 10-12 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Add milk and salt to taste.

Cook over low heat until tender, 10-15 minutes.

Arrange rice porridge on plates and add sugar, berries, dried fruits if desired.

Rice porridge in milk is ready. Can be served at the table.
