Chicken fillet in a frying pan "Crunch" is a crispy breading and tender chicken fillet inside. All that remains is to add your favorite side dish.

Chicken fillet 300 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Flour 3 tbsp. l.

Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp l.

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Cut the chicken into small strips.

Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and salt, prepare a plate with flour and breading.

Dip fillets in flour on all sides.

Then dip the fillet in the egg mixture and immediately brew in breadcrumbs.

Put the chicken fillet in a pan with heated vegetable oil and fry on all sides for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Place pieces of chicken fillet on a platter and serve with ketchup or tomato sauce.
