Fried capelin

Fried capelin is a delicious and affordable crispy fish, an excellent snack for beer and more.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Capelin 300 g

Flour 3-4 tbsp. l.

Frying oil to taste

Salt to taste


Rinse the capelin well.

Dry the fish and salt.

Breaded each fish in flour.

Place the capelin in a skillet with hot oil.

Fry the fish on each side for 3-4 minutes over high heat.

Put the finished capelin on a dish.
