Pork with rice

Korean style pork with rice and carrots, amazingly delicious dinner dish.

Cooking time 40 minutes

Ingredients

Pork 300 g

Parboiled rice 150 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Sunflower oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Rinse and dry the meat.

Cut into cubes.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil for 10-12 minutes, over medium heat.

Add finely chopped onion, cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Add parboiled rice and stir.

Add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Add finely chopped parsley and the secret ingredient - Korean-style carrots.

Season with salt and stir, cook for another 2-3 minutes.

The pork with rice is ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
