Delicious flounder in a frying pan with olives and pieces of bell pepper and tomatoes. Mmm ... bite off your fingers!

Flounder 3-4 pcs
Tomato 2 pcs
Bell pepper 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Greens 1 bunch
Olives 5-6 pcs
Flour 3-4 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Clean the flounder, gut, remove the head and fins.
Make cuts across the fish and salt.
Dip the flounder in flour.
Fry the fish in a frying pan on both sides in vegetable oil.
Rinse and peel vegetables and herbs.
Add diced onions and bell peppers to the fish pan.
Add tomatoes, pepper and simmer over low heat, covered for 10-12 minutes.
Add olives, cut into slices and finely chopped greens.
Delicious flounder in a pan is ready. Put on a platter and serve.
