Water 400 ml
Fresh champignons 200 g
Buckwheat 200 g
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Sort the buckwheat and rinse well.
Pour buckwheat into a saucepan and pour 400 milliliters of water. Salt.
Rinse and peel the champignons.
Peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onions, grate the carrots.
Fry vegetables in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.
Add chopped champignons to the pan with carrots and onions.
Cook mushrooms with vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
Cook buckwheat over medium heat for 15 minutes without a lid, completely evaporate the water.
Add buckwheat to the pan with mushrooms and vegetables.
Stir, salt to taste.
Buckwheat with champignons is ready. Put on plates and serve.
