Mashed potatoes with milk

Delicious mashed potatoes with milk, this is a great dinner side dish for the whole family.

Potatoes 1 kg

Milk 200 ml

Eggs 1 pc

Butter 20 g

Salt 1 tsp


Peel the potatoes.

Cut potatoes into quarters and place in a saucepan. Cover with water and cook.

After boiling, salt and cook until cooked for 15-20 minutes.

Drain the finished potatoes. Add egg, butter and warm milk.

Mash the mashed potatoes well.

Cover the finished potatoes with a lid and leave for 3-5 minutes.

Mashed potatoes with milk are ready. Put on a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped dill if desired. Serve to the table.
