Delicate cod fillet with vegetables, herbs and lemon peel for a romantic dinner.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Cod fillet 200 g
Cherry tomatoes 5-6 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Bell pepper (red) 1/2 pc
1/4 teaspoon pepper mixture
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Lemon zest 1 pinch.
Salt to taste
Defrost the cod fillet, drain the liquid.
Cut into portions.
Salt the fish and season with a mixture of peppers.
Put the fillets in the pan, preheating the vegetable oil.
Add sliced tomatoes and bell peppers. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Turn over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add finely chopped greens and a little lemon zest. Salt vegetables to taste.
Put fish and vegetables on a dish.
Cod with vegetables "Aphrodite" is ready. Can be served with a romantic table.
