Spaghetti with minced meat

A quick and easy way to feed your whole family with a delicious dinner is to make minced spaghetti.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Minced meat 300 g

Spaghetti 200 g

Water 1 stack.

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.

Provencal herbs 1/2 tsp

Sugar 1 pinch.

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Cook the minced meat, peel the onion and chop finely.

In a pan with vegetable oil, fry the minced meat with onions, 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper and Provencal herbs.

Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 pinch of sugar and 1 glass of water.

Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes over medium heat.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water and drain in a colander.

Place a serving of spaghetti on plates and season with minced meat gravy.

Spaghetti with minced meat is ready. Can be served at the table.
