"Gift" salad

Canned herring 200 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Cheese 100 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Mayonnaise to taste

Salt to taste

Greens (for decoration)

Vegetables (for decoration)

Preparation

Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs, cool and peel. Grate the potatoes and put them in the first layer on a festive dish. Salt a little and brush with mayonnaise.

Grind the fish with a fork and lay out in a second layer.

Put the grated proteins in the third layer and grease with mayonnaise.

The fourth layer is grated carrots and mayonnaise.

Then a layer of grated cheese with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with finely grated yolks.

Decorate with vegetables and herbs. Let it brew for 2-3 hours.
