Lean buckwheat with mushrooms in a pot

Delicious lean buckwheat with mushrooms in a pot for a lean table in the best culinary traditions.

Water 300 ml

Fresh champignons 4 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


We will prepare the necessary products: buckwheat groats TM "Aleika", natural unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika", champignons, onions, salt and pepper.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, peel the onion and cut into half rings. Measure out 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil.

In a frying pan with sunflower oil, fry the onions and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse buckwheat TM "Aleika" and put in a pot.

Top with mushrooms and onions.

Cover with water and sprinkle with dry dill.

Cover and cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Remove the buckwheat from the oven.
