Stewed potatoes with mushrooms

The easiest and most delicious recipe for stewed potatoes with mushrooms.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Potatoes 4-5 pcs

Dried mushrooms 30 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Bay leaf 1 piece


Put the mushrooms in a bowl.

Cover with hot water.

Fry chopped mushrooms and finely chopped onions in a pan for 1-2 minutes.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Add potatoes to the pan, fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add mushroom infusion, salt and add bay leaf. Simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium heat, covered.

The stewed potatoes with mushrooms are ready. Put on a platter and serve.
