Green beans with mushrooms and rice for a delicious lean dinner.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Green beans 200 g
Rice (for garnish) 100 g
Dried mushrooms 30 g
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Place the dried mushrooms in a bowl.
Cover with hot water and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
Put the beans in a frying pan with vegetable oil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add finely chopped onion and chopped mushrooms to the pan. Cook covered for 10-12 minutes, season with salt.
Boil rice until tender, salt.
Place the rice in bowls and add the beans and mushrooms.
Green beans with mushrooms are ready. Can be served at the table.
