Breaded chicken fillet in a pan

Crispy, golden-brown chicken fillet in just 20 minutes.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Flour 3 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Lemon 1/2 pc

Salt 1/4 tsp

Ginger 1/4 tsp

Frying oil to taste

Green onions (for garnish) to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Cut into slices and place in a bowl.

Add salt and dried ginger.

Add lemon juice.

Add mayonnaise and mix well. Leave on for 10 minutes.

Dip each bite in flour.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

Place on a platter and garnish with green onions.

Breaded chicken fillet in a pan is ready. Can be served at the table.
