Pumpkin meatballs

Delicate and very tasty meatballs with pumpkin, a great choice for a family dinner.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Pork pulp 300 g

Peeled pumpkin 200 g

Tomato juice 150 ml

Eggs 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Breadcrumbs 2-3 tbsp l.

Salt 1/4 tsp

Dried dill 1/4 tsp


Pass the pork and pumpkin through a meat grinder.

Add egg, crackers, salt and dried dill.

Well you knead the minced meat.

Form small meatballs with wet hands and place in a frying pan with vegetable oil.

Fry on all sides.

Pour in tomato juice and simmer, covered for 20 minutes, over low heat.

Place the meatballs on a dish.

Pumpkin meatballs are ready. Serve with your favorite side dish.
