This simple recipe will help you cook delicious rice in a multicooker with vegetables.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Rice 200 g
Water 400 ml
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Spice for rice 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Peel the carrots and onions, finely chop the onions, grate the carrots.
Fold vegetables into the multicooker bowl, add oil and turn on the FRYING mode for 10 minutes. Add spices and salt.
Rinse the rice and dry a little.
Add rice to the bowl.
Cook, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes.
Fill with water and turn on the LARGE mode FOR 20-25 minutes.
Mix the finished rice.
Put on a dish.
Rice in a slow cooker is ready. Serve as a separate dish or side dish.
