Pork goulash

Cooking time 40 minutes


Pork tenderloin 300 g

Water 1-1, 5 stack.

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.

Flour 1 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Bay leaf 2 pcs


Rinse and dry the meat.

Cut into small pieces.

Fry the meat pieces in a deep saucepan in vegetable oil.

Add finely chopped onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add flour and fry, stirring for 1-2 minutes.

Add water, tomato paste, bay leaf, sugar and salt.

Simmer over low heat, covered for 30-40 minutes.

Put in a deep dish.
