Baked potato

Baked potatoes with sautéed onions and fresh dill, a fairly simple and tasty dish that is perfect for a lean table.

Cooking time 1 hour

Ingredients

Potatoes 4 pieces

Onion 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Rinse and dry the potatoes well.

Wrap in foil and cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Suck the finished potatoes, peel and chop coarsely into a bowl.

Add pressed garlic and finely chopped dill.

Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil.

Add the onion and butter to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir and place on a platter.

The baked potatoes are ready. Can be served at the table.
