Minced meat 200 g
Pasta 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fry the minced meat in a pan with vegetable oil, kneading with a spatula for 3-4 minutes.
Boil the pasta until tender, discard in a colander and rinse well.
Add finely chopped onion to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper.
Add pasta and mix well, cook for another 2-3 minutes over low heat.
Place on plates and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
