Rice porridge with pumpkin

Delicious rice porridge in milk with pumpkin is a wonderful breakfast for children and adults.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Milk 1 l

Rice 120 g

Pumpkin 100 g

Butter 20 g

Salt to taste

Sugar to taste


Rinse the rice and put in a saucepan.

Add half the milk and simmer for 10 minutes. Stirring.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes.

Add the pumpkin and the remaining milk to the half-boiled rice. Season with salt and sugar to taste.

Cook until tender, add butter at the end and stir.

Our delicious pumpkin rice porridge is ready. Put on plates and serve.
