Cauliflower casserole in the oven

This light and tasty cauliflower casserole is good both hot and cold.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Cauliflower 400 g

Wheat flour 4 tbsp. l.

Eggs 2 pcs

Russian cheese 100 g

Pinch salt.

Butter (piece, for greasing the mold)

Breadcrumbs 1 tsp


Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and rinse well.

Disassemble into inflorescences and put in a bowl.

Grind with a blender into gruel.

Add grated cheese, eggs, flour and salt. Punch well again with a blender until smooth.

Put the mass in a mold greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Smooth with a spoon.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cut the prepared casserole into portions. Arrange on plates and garnish with herbs.

A delicious cauliflower casserole in the oven is ready. Can be served at the table.
