Pasta with chanterelles

Pasta with chanterelles is a delicate, aromatic and easy-to-prepare dish that will be appreciated by mushroom lovers.

Chanterelles 10 pcs

Premium pasta (feathers) 100 g

Hard cheese 30 g

Butter 2 tbsp l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Green onions 3-5 pcs



Sort the mushrooms and rinse well.

Cut large mushrooms into quarters, small ones in half.

Boil mushrooms in water for 10-15 minutes. Drain into a colander.

Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the boiled chanterelles.

Add finely chopped garlic and green onions. Salt.

Boil pasta in salt water.

Place the hot pasta in a pan with mushrooms and stir well. Fry for 2-3 minutes all together.

Arrange on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Macaroni with chanterelles. Serve immediately.
