Light salad "Rosso"

Light salad "Rosso" in a simple version, this is the fastest version of the salad when unexpected guests come.

Ingredients

Cheese 50 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Apples 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Preparation

Peel the apples and carrots.

Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.

Grate cheese and eggs.

Put a layer of grated carrots in a salad bowl. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

A layer of grated cheese. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

A layer of grated apple and a layer of grated eggs. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Repeat layers: carrot, cheese, apple, eggs.

Let the salad brew for 15-20 minutes and serve.
