Meat in a pot in the oven

Many dishes cooked in pots are especially tender and tasty. This recipe is no exception. Fragrant meat in a pot in the oven will be a welcome guest on your table.

Cooking time 1 hour


Pork pulp 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Rosemary 2-3 sprigs

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Cut the meat into small cubes, chop the onion.

Fry meat and onions in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add coarsely chopped carrots and bell peppers, fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add rosemary leaves and season with salt.

Transfer everything to a baking pot and add 1/2 cup water.

Simmer in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven. Let the pot cool slightly.

Serve in a pot or place on a platter.
