Piece of salmon 2 pcs
Cream 20% fat. 100 ml
Rice 50 g
Olive oil 3 tbsp l.
Butter 10 g
Dill 1 bunch
Universal seasoning 1 tsp.
Lemon juice to taste
Lettuce leaves for serving

Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes. Grate salmon with all-purpose seasoning.
Place the salmon in a skillet with olive oil and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
Boil rice until cooked.
Add cream to a frying pan with fish and simmer under a lid for 7-10 minutes.
Add the universal seasoning, finely chopped dill and butter to the hot rice. Mix well.
Put the garnish and fish on a dish with salad leaves. Decorate with a sprig of greenery.
