Fox-sister salad

Incredibly delicious, simple and amazing salad for the New Year!

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Potatoes 3 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Olives to taste

Greens to taste

Salt to taste


Boil the chicken fillet and cool.

Boil potatoes and eggs, cool and peel.

Place the grated potatoes in the serving ring on the dish. Season with salt and grease with mayonnaise.

Layer in a layer of finely chopped chicken fillet. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

A layer of grated pickled cucumbers.

Layer of grated eggs and brush with mayonnaise.

Layer of Korean carrots.

Remove serving ring and decorate as desired.

The Chanterelle Sister salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
