Chicken fillet 2 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Breadcrumbs 50 g
Universal seasoning 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil for frying
Vegetable mix for garnish (frozen)
Lettuce leaves for decoration
Parsley (herbs) for decoration
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.
It is good to beat off each fillet in a layer, beat the eggs in a bowl.
Combine bread crumbs and all-purpose seasoning on a flat platter.
Dip the fillet in beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs on all sides.
Fry on both sides in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
Defrost the vegetable mixture.
Put in a frying pan with a little vegetable oil and fry for 3-5 minutes, shaking the pan. Sprinkle with Vegeta Natur.
